Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

This is the closest major airport to Elkhorn and is 40 miles/45 minutes from Elkhorn and the airport we recommend Traveling into. For those traveling from Nashville, Southwest offers 2-3 nonstop flights between BNA and MKE each day. We are recommending our guests from Nashville that are able to join us for the full weekend take the below flight:

Departing: Southwest Flight #1941

Leave BNA on Friday, August 2nd at 10:25am, ARrive MKE 12:00pM

Returning: Southwest Flight #432

Leave MKE on Sunday, August 4th at 4:15PM, Arrive BNA 5:45pm

*We will be sending a mke-camp shuttle on friday and returning camp-mke on sunday. more info below*

o’hare international airport (ord) // Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

If Milwaukee doesn't have flights that work for you, you could fly into O'Hare which is 80 miles/90 minutes from Elkhorn or Dane County/Madison, which is just over an hour away. o’hare is a large airport with a lot of flight options. Madison will be a smaller airport with less options, but is slightly closer. If you fly into either of these, We recommend renting a car to drive to camp or if you’re flying to O’Hare, coordinating a ride with someone else come from chicago (there’s a handful of folks that are).

Airport Shuttle

Friday, August 2nd | MKE airport to Camp wandawega Shuttle

Departs airport at 1pm, arrives at camp around 1:45pm

sunday, august 4th | camp wandawega to mke airport shuttle

If those times don't work for your travel times, we recommend you get a car service or rent a car from the airport. An uber might be a little tough to get all the way to camp. You will not need a car the entire weekend as everything will be held on site.

We will let you know more info about the MKE Airport shuttle closer to the wedding day.

Driving

If you are driving in, there will be limited parking on site. Please let us know if you plan to drive in, and we can coordinate where to leave your car. for friday, it will not be an issue to have your car at the camp. for the day of the wedding, there’s a park and ride about 2 minutes down the road which we will likely have people leave their cars at, and those driving in for the wedding only will be parking there as well, with a shuttle taking them to/from their car the evening of the wedding. THis is also to help avoid having a parking lot of cars in all of our pictures, as the small lot is visible from the ceremony and reception areas.
